Speed Up Your Broadband Installation

Required Document(s)

1. Scanned ID Card (front and back) of the subscriber (If not already provided during sign up).

Additional Requirements (if applicable)

1. Signed Tenancy Agreement (first and last/signature page) for broadband installation on rented properties.
2. $200 Deposit for Student Pass, Dependant Pass, and Work Permit holders.
3. GIRO Application Form (Note: GIRO approval takes 4-6 weeks). Click here to download.
4. Up to $200 Deposit for subscribers with known credit exposure. Subscribers with known credit exposure will be restricted to select broadband plans.

Additional Notes

1. Optical Network Router (ONR) is on loan and must be returned to WhizComms upon service termination.
2. No-Frills Plans do not include a wireless router.  Subscribers should have their own wireless router for WiFi access.
3. Bills are in a calendar month and will be deducted through your Debit Card/Credit Card/GIRO every 16th of the month or the next working day.
