Call Direct (PIN-Free) – After registering, simply dial a common Singapore-based 8-digit number from your registered phone number. You will be prompted to dial the overseas telephone number (Country Code + Area Code + telephone number + # Key) you wish to call. Phoenix Card rates apply
Call Direct (PIN-Based) – Dial the PIN-Based Access Number from any telephone, payphone or mobile in Singapore. When prompted by the operator, proceed to enter the 12-Digit PIN followed by the overseas telephone number (Country Code + Area Code + telephone number + # Key) you wish to call. Phoenix Card rates apply.
Note: Call Direct (Pin-Free) does not support phone numbers registered with CALLER NUMBER NON-DISPLAY (CNND) or PRIVATE NUMBER with service providers.

Unanswered calls are not charged. However, if the call is answered by a voice mail, fax machine, computer or answering machine, it is considered a connected call and charges apply.
Your talk time depends on the value/balance left in your card and the destination you are calling.

The pre-recorded languages to guide you along when you use the PhoenixCard are available in English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil and Japanese.
Yes, calls can be made from a mobile phone; however, normal mobile service “air-time” is still chargeable by your mobile service provider.

Yes, the expiry date is 6 months from registration/top-up. All registration/top-up must be done on/before the expiry date printed at the back of the card.
The charging blocks are as follows:
Simply dial 1800 347 4488 or 6347 4488 followed by your PIN. The system will announce the remaining value. If you do not wish to make any call, just hang up at this point.
Surcharge is normally levied for making 1800-number calls from public phones. (For example: By dialling 1800 347 4488 from public phone.)
No surcharge if dialling 6347 4488 from public phone.
Surcharge rate varies according to destinations.
No surcharge for calls from any local fixed line or mobile phone.
